Private Session Sound Therapy

One-to-one sessions using tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, and other resonant instruments.

Sound is applied on and around the body, creating subtle vibrations that can be felt directly.

Each session is guided at a pace that supports your body and what you need in the moment, while allowing the nervous system to settle naturally.

A more personal way to experience sound.

Sound Journeys

Sound journeys are immersive group experiences where a synthesizer tuned to 432 Hz blends with crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments to fill the space with sound.

Participants lie down and relax while the sounds gently surround the body.

A shared way to experience sound.

Understanding Sound Therapy

How Sound Works

Sound travels through the body as gentle waves of vibration.

These vibrations can be felt, not just heard. When the body is exposed to steady tones, it naturally begins to slow down.

In this state, the body can shift out of constant activation and into a more regulated, restful mode.

This allows different systems in the body to respond, such as muscle tension releasing, breathing changing, or the mind becoming clearer.

Because sound works through vibration, it doesn’t target just one area. It can influence the body more broadly, supporting how it regulates, restores, and rebalances itself..

Why Tuning Fork Therapy

Tuning forks produce clear, precise tones that can be applied on or around the body.

Unlike broader sound instruments, their tones are more focused. This allows the vibration to be felt more specifically within the body, rather than just around it.

Because of this, tuning forks offer a more targeted way of working with sound and frequency. The tones are steady and consistent, making them easy for the body to respond to.

Many people notice the experience feels subtle, yet immediate. The body begins to settle without needing to do anything or think through the process.

Who Sound Therapy Is For

Sound therapy can support a wide range of experiences.

People come to sessions for different reasons, including stress, burnout, sleep challenges, emotional pressure, or physical tension in the body. Others are looking for clarity, creativity, or a way to reconnect with themselves.

Some are drawn to sound as part of meditation or to explore deeper states of awareness. The immersive nature of sound can open a quiet space where insight and reflection can arise naturally.

Each session creates a space where the body can release tension, regulate, and return to a more natural rhythm.

The Science of Sound

Sound is a form of vibration that travels through air, water, and living tissue. Because the body is largely made of water and responsive tissue, these vibrations can be both heard and physically felt.

When the body is exposed to steady tones, it begins to respond in measurable ways. Sound can influence breathing patterns, muscle tension, heart rate, and brainwave activity—systems that are closely linked to how we feel and function.

This response is often described through resonance and entrainment.

Resonance refers to how the body naturally responds to vibration. When a tone is introduced, tissues and systems within the body begin to subtly vibrate in response.

Entrainment describes how the body aligns with steady external rhythms. Over time, internal patterns such as breath, heart rate, and brainwave activity can begin to synchronize with consistent sound.

Rather than focusing on one area alone, sound influences how the body functions as a whole. This is why it can support a wide range of experiences, including physical tension, mental clarity, emotional processing, and overall regulation.

About Me

My connection to sound is deeply personal. I became a certified sound therapy practitioner because I experienced firsthand how sound can shift how you feel releasing tension, creating clarity, and bringing you back to yourself. In every session I hold a calm, attentive space where you can slow down and allow the body to do its own healing work through sound and vibration.
