About Jessica
In a world that moves quickly, moments of stillness can be rare. Yet when we pause and listen, something simple begins to happen — the body relaxes, the breath slows, and the mind becomes quieter.
This natural response to sound is what first drew Jessica to explore the relationship between vibration, the body, and the nervous system.
Jessica Marrero is a certified sound therapy practitioner specializing in tuning fork therapy. She works with tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, and other resonant instruments to create sessions that support deep relaxation and balance.
Her interest in sound began with a curiosity about how vibration and frequency influence the way we feel. What started as personal exploration gradually led her to study sound therapy and the ways sound can support relaxation and awareness.
Jessica is drawn to sound because it works in a direct and natural way. Rather than needing to think through an experience, sound meets the body through sensation, allowing people to relax without effort.
Her sessions are calm, grounded, and supportive. Meditation and gentle guidance are often included to help clients slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and settle more deeply into the experience of sound.
Jessica’s work is also informed by traditional energy systems, including the meridian pathways described in Chinese medicine, as well as meditation practices and an ongoing interest in energy awareness and shamanic traditions. These influences shape the atmosphere of her sessions while keeping the experience simple, calm, and accessible.
Each session is guided with care and intention, creating a quiet space where sound and frequency invite the body to rest and return to its natural balance.
